My blog on shared hosting

The idea of moving my blog from my own dedicated server to humble shared hosting account was really scary for me, I was afraid that a shared hosting account wont handle the daily traffic I'm receiving but I'm really happy with the fantastic hosting provided by DreamHost.

DreamHost isn't just a name, dream host is damn reliable hosting service provider, I've never thought I'd be happy with a service provider like I'm now,
I don't remember any downtime since I started with them in August 2006 and because I was afraid of shared hosting reliability I kept my dedicated server running for a month just to move quickly in case I got in trouble with DreamHost, I'm also monitoring my blog uptime with three monitoring service provider and so far I had 0 seconds downtime! YES 0 second.

Maybe you wonder how much this reliable shared hosting account would cost, well at that time I hunted a special offer so I paid only $22 for one year which include 20GB of storage and 500GB of monthly bandwidth.

Few days ago DreamHost celebrated their 9th anniversary and unlike any anniversary you ever heard of they did amaze me, They increase my disk storage to 200GB Ok, let me spell it for you TWO HUNDRED GB! and same applies to my monthly bandwidth.

I can't say they are error free hosting provider as this will never happen but they are LIE free hosting provider, what they do is a good definition of transparency, they post system wide status and server specific status whenever it happen so you know where you stand and they never put you in dark room.

What so fascinating about them is their hosting environment which is the best environment I have ever used, you will have almost all tools you may think of pre-installed plus the luxury in ability to install what you need.

You can install your own PHP version or your own my server server or whatever you want.

Below are the MySQL traffic log which I currently use ONLY for jadmadi.net website.

Aborted 494 3.15 0.34%

If you know what the above statistic means then you will appreciate their reliable service.
What shall I say ? LONG LIVE DreamHost

اهم التطورات العلمية في العام ٢٠١٩

Dear Microsoft : It's over. Our relationship just hasn't been working for a while, and now, this is it. I'm leaving you for another Operating system. I know this isn't a good time--you're down with yet another virus. I do hope you feel better soon--really, I do--but I, too, have to move on with my life. Fact is, in the entire time I've known you, you seem to always have a virus or an occasional worm. You should really see a doctor. That said, I just can't continue with this relationship any longer. I know you say you'll fix things, that next time it'll go better--but that's what you said the last time--and the time before that. Each time I believed you. Well, not any longer. You cheater! The truth is there's nothing more you can say to make things better. I know about your secret marriage to patent. You say you two are not seeing each other anymore, but I just don't believe it. You say you can live without patent, and I've heard that

Saddam's novel to be published next week

AMMAN, Jordan: Saddam Hussein's family will publish next week a novel written by the ousted Iraqi leader before the US-led war on Iraq, his daughter said on Friday. "Ekhroj minha ya mal'un" whose title could be translated into "Get out, damned one" tells the story of a man called Ezekiel who plots to overthrow a town's sheik, but is defeated in his quest by the sheik's daughter and an Arab warrior. The story is apparently a metaphor for a Zionist-Christian plot against Arabs and Muslims. Ezekiel is meant to symbolize the Jews. Raghad Saddam Hussein said her father finished the novel on March 18, 2003 -- a day before the US-led war on Iraq began -- and had expressed a wish to publish the book under his name. The three other novels he wrote were simply signed "Its author." "It was my father's will to publish this book," Raghad said in a telephone interview.
