Rand Paul on NSA surveillance

On Tuesday, Paul went on CBS This Morning to declare that #nsa #surveillance is “not working” then later sparred with Fox News Channel’s Megyn Kelly –“I actually, frankly, think it makes us less safe,” he said there — then taped an appearance with Jon Stewart on The Daily Show.
