Sex in mosque?

There are many places were you can enjoy making love to your partner but mosque aren't one of these places at least because you will annoy many people plus you are breaking many protocols, one is the Islamic protocol, second is YOU ARE MAKING IT IN PUBLIC.

Yes, Mosques are public place, it's not just for prayers it's gathering place rather than prayer place, however some people like to have sex in public places but I can think of many public places that appropriate for such thing at least romantically.

Leave you with the story

Yahoo! News - NAIVASHA, Kenya (Reuters) - A couple caught having sex in a Kenyan mosque during the Muslim holy month of Ramadan have been sentenced to 18 months jail for what the judge called an abominable affront to religion.

Peter Kimani and Jennifer Wairimu pleaded guilty to the charge of having sex in a place of worship after being caught on October 3 at the Abubakar mosque in Gilgil, about 60 miles north of Nairobi. Neither is a Muslim.

A worshipper heading for evening prayers found the couple having sex after investigating what the prosecution described as strange noises emanating from a dark corner of the mosque.

Kimani and Wairimu both pleaded for clemency at Monday's hearing, saying they were too drunk to know where they were. Kimani told the court he thought he was in a lodging house.

John King'ori, senior magistrate in nearby Naivasha, dismissed their plea.

Having sex in a mosque is a most abominable thing to religion and only a custodial sentence can add justice to this, he said.

Rules of war (in a nutshell) Since the beginning, humans have resorted to violence as a way to settle disagreements. Yet through the ages, people from around the world have tried to limit the brutality of war. It was this humanitarian spirit that led to the First Geneva Convention of 1864, and to the birth of modern International Humanitarian Law. Setting the basic limits on how wars can be fought, these universal laws of war protect those not fighting, as well as those no longer able to. To do this, a distinction must always be made between who or what may be attacked, and who or what must be spared and protected.
