I decided to start studying for Ubuntu Certified Professional Certificate, This certificate requires passing LPI 101, LPI 102 and Ubuntu LPI 199.
I will start studying and sharing experience on my blog and I have setup-ed a mailing list for that certificate to to share experience.
If you are interested in studying starting from LPI 101 up to Ubuntu Cert then join me, Hope we can create a community of people whom interested in LPI and Ubuntu certificates.

Love the idea of the mailing list. I'm actually talking with people on Canonical to see if we can get a Mailman discussion list hosted on official servers.
ReplyDeleteGouki,
ReplyDeleteI'd love it if we could host such project on official servers and have some kind of official mentor over it.
There's a new version (2nd Edition) of the O'Reilly LPI guide:
ReplyDeleteTitle: LPI Linux Certification in a Nutshell, 2nd Edition
Second Edition: July 2006
Series: In a Nutshell
ISBN 10: 0-596-00528-8
ISBN 13: 9780596005283
Pages: 980
Im very interesting in being certified. There isn't any training for the Ubuntu section in my area at the moment. I also cannot afford the normal LPI Linux training. Can we get together on an IRC channel to help each other out in similar circumstances. For example, i don;t know how but..#begginers LPI #Ubuntu LPI etc etc....
ReplyDeletei don't mind you emailing me.. subject "UBUNTU LPI" [email protected]
Thanks guys.
