I'll try to explain couple of things in my own words before processing to the legal one
- Accepting Ads in my blog doesn't mean I will change my mind on certain product or service for money
- I may accept Ads of product or service that I don't have experience with (isn't that we they do in TV?)
- I will not accept any Ads for a product or service thats illegal
- This blog will remain pornographic free blog
- Accepting Ads means making extra money without extra work.
- I'll make it clear to readers in case I was asked to review a product or service
- I will only accept neutral product or services review requests in short I WILL NEVER accept Pro or Anti review requests.
What is disclosure?
The act of making something obvious. Disclosing (divulging or explaining), the purpose and interests of a blogger in his/her published posts: written, audio or video.

If we claim or appear to be experts on a certain topic or product or service area, we will only endorse products or services that we believe, based on our expertise, are worthy of such endorsement. If you are planning to accept Ads in your blog, take a look at Disclosure Policy Generator it will help you to generate your disclosure policy
Some may ask why why is it important for blogospher especially in blogs that accept Ads to have a disclosure policy?
Basically Because advertisers are offering bloggers payment or gifts to create content about specific products or services, the blogger's interest in the product or service may be in part the financial gain. Whether the blogger would have included content in his/her blog about the product or service without gift or payment, the fact is the blogger is receiving payment for certain content.
By disclosing the purpose of a blog, bloggers are letting readers know more about the information they'll be reviewing. Bloggers retain the freedom to write original content, as well as select which advertisers they will represent in exchange for gifts or money. Any ethical concerns will remain where they've always been - on the individual level. Because it is a blogger's freedom to select which topics will bring them payment, he/she remains responsible for his/her own reputation.
